I suffer from a deviated septum and normally wear the DreamWear Full Face mask. There are times when my face gets a little irritated so I like to take a break from it for a week or so, The under the nose cushion works great as nasal pillows are not effective for me.

Very comfortable and very little leakage. Have also used the nasal pillow version. Both excellent alternatives. I think the pillows leak less, but are not as comfortable

I am sleeping better since I have been using my new nasal cushion. I originally had a medium sized one because that was the size from another type mask. But I found the medium in this cushion was too large. The small size fits and works much better.
