If you‘re not completely satisfied with your mask or mask component purchase, CPAPsupplies.com can help you get a replacement with no hassle.  To use our Mask Guarantee,  select a mask of equal or lesser value to receive for free or reach out to our Customer Service team to inquire about an upgrade if your replacement selection costs more than your original mask/mask component purchase. 


Our Customer Service team is available to assist you with selecting a new mask/mask component or choosing a better size option for a mask that already works for you!  

How to Request a Replacement

To request a new CPAP mask or mask component using our 30-day Mask Guarantee, we require that you first reach out to our Customer Service team within 30 days of your original order’s delivery date to provide information necessary to complete your request. We’ll help to ensure you receive the supplies you need to continue your CPAP therapy.

Guidelines

  • Mask and/or mask component replacements must be requested within 30 days of your original order’s delivery date
  • Only one Mask Guarantee transaction/replacement is permitted per purchase
  • Our Mask Guarantee cannot be used to receive non-mask products
  • Your replacement mask or mask component must be the same type of product*s) that you received with your initial order
  • Example:  If your initial order included 1 Headgear and 1 Cushion that need to be replaced, your replacement selection must also be for 1 Headgear and 1 Cushion perhaps, in a different size or for a different brand/model
  • Replacement masks and/or mask components cannot be returned or exchanged for another replacement option

  • All Mask Guarantee transactions must still adhere to CPAPsupplies.com’s Shipping Policy. You can view our Shipping policy here
  • Mask or mask component replacements that are higher in price than your initially purchased product will require an upgrade fee to be paid

  • Use of our 30-day Mask Guarantee to receive a replacement mask is only allowed once per purchase. Attempts at multiple replacements are not permitted within this policy.
  • This policy cannot be applied to purchases made using promotions, discounts, or coupons. However, if you purchase a mask with a promo code, we calculate the difference in mask cost based on the full retail price. Please see our Promotions Policy Terms & Conditions for more information.
  • This policy cannot be applied to masks that are included in a bundle product, unless you are replacing the same type of mask due to damage.

For this process, you can apply the amount spent on the original mask towards a replacement mask of equal or lesser cost; if the replacement mask has a price difference from your original mask, you can pay a difference (if applicable). Please note: this applies to full mask purchases and cannot be applied to any other products. The use of our 30-day Mask Guarantee to receive a replacement mask is only applicable once per purchase.

We can also catch you up on the latest CPAP mask fit education and compliance standards if needed.

The only thing we require for a CPAP mask replacement is that you speak with a staff member so we can update your purchase and ensure that you're getting the best option for the best price. In the case that your new mask is not of equivalent price as your old one, we can adjust your receipt. Once we have completed the return form with you and adjusted your order, you will receive your fresh new mask in the mail!
