Fisher & Paykel Zest™ Premium Nasal CPAP Mask with Headgear
The Fisher & Paykel Zest™ Complete System is small, quiet, and effortless to fit, offering superb comfort with its innovative design. This complete system features Easy-clip silicone seal, Glider™ strap, Glider™ clips and more, making fitting and sealing hassle-free.

Fisher & Paykel Zest™ Premium Nasal CPAP Mask with Headgear Overview
The Zest™ Nasal Masks combine the Easy Clip Silicone Seal and Advanced Air Diffuser with proven technology that makes Fisher & Paykel Healthcare masks perform so well.
The Zest™ CPAP Mask incorporates a two-part cushion assembly like those found on the popular FlexiFit™ 405 and FlexiFit™ 407 masks. The inner Auto-Contouring Foam Cushion automatically adjusts to a wide range of nasal and facial contours without the need for complicated adjustments. The outer Easy-Clip Silicone Seal allows for a perfect seal and frame alignment to ensure optimal mask performance with each use.
In addition, the Zest™ features a new maintenance-free Air Diffuser that disperses airflow away from the sleeper and sleep partners and minimizes exhaust noise. The breathable elastic headgear is specially designed to maintain a comfortable, firm seal; while Fisher & Paykel's Glider Straps and Clips distribute pressure equally across the face and automatically adjust the mask alignment during sleep.

-
Auto-contouring FlexiFit™ technology adjusts to effectively seal around a range of unique nasal and facial features

Fitting Your Mask:
Remove all packaging before using the mask.
Refer to the fitting images of these instructions.
- Remove the plastic cover from the Silicone Seal.
- Holding your mask in one hand, spread the Stretchgear Headgear with your free
hand, just enough to fit comfortably over your head. - Lightly hold the mask against your face, covering the nose, then slowly pull the Headgear over your head.
- Attach the Headgear to the Glider Strap.
- Pull the lower straps as low as possible down the back of your neck. Gently tighten straps to remove slack. Connect to CPAP/Bi-Level machine set at prescribed pressure. If necessary, tighten the lower straps to eliminate any leaks (avoid over-tightening the straps). When you need to remove your mask, unhook the Stretchgear Headgear from the Glider Strap.

Assembling Your Mask:
Refer to the assembly diagrams in these instructions.
- Place the Foam Cushion into the Silicone Seal in the orientation shown in the
diagram. - Starting with the slot at the apex of the Silicone Seal, assemble onto Mask Base. Push firmly together.
- Lay the Stretchgear Headgear flat, with the loop side down. Position the assembled
mask over the Headgear and attach the four straps into the corresponding slots in the
Forehead Rest and the Glider Strap. This can be done without undoing the VELCRO® brand tabs, by sliding the Headgear into the slots.
