Assembling Your Mask:
Refer to the assembly diagrams in these instructions.
- To attach your Nasal Pillow Cushion to your Mask, hook the bottom corners of the Cushion over the Mask Frame and pull the Cushion Tab over the lip of the mask.
- To attach your Headgear, hook the headger strap opening over the
mask frame post, then pull back to secure in place.
Useful tip:
- Ensure you correctly orientate your Headgear while
assembling. The printed text on your Headgear and Cushion Tab should both be facing upwards.


Fitting Your Mask:
Refer to the fitting diagrams in these instructions.
- Position the Nasal Pillow securely in your nose, then pull your Headgear over your head.
- Ensure the rear straps are adequately spaced apart for optimal stability.
- Use the side straps to gently adjust until a comfortable mask fit is achieved.
- Ensure that:
- The Nasal Pillows are securely located into your nostrils.
- The Nasal Pillow Cushion Tab is facing upward.
- The mask name on the side straps is upright.
Useful tips:
• If you are experiencing mask leaks, you may need to lift the
cushion off your face and reposition it.
• For a comfortable fit, the mask should be worn as loose as
possible, without excessive leak.
Warning: Do not overtighten the mask as this may result in facial
deformation.
Caution: Failure to follow fitting instructions or using the
incorrect mask size may result in pressure sores or excessive leak
causing eye injury.


Disassembling Your Mask:
- Remove your Nasal Pillow Cushion by lifting up on the Cushion Tab and
peeling away from your Mask Frame. - To remove your Headgear, pull the side strap forward so
that the opening stretches over the mask frame post.
- Caution: The Nova Micro™ Mask Frame, Tube and Swivel components
are permanently connected together and are not intended to
be disassembled. Attempting to disassemble these components
may compromise the function of your mask.

Regularly cleaning your CPAP mask parts and components is crucial for avoiding the accumulation of bacteria, debris, oils, and other contaminants. This will help prevent the buildup of germs that may cause skin irritation and other unwanted side effects.
Before following the instructions below, first make sure your CPAP machine is unplugged from the power source, disconnect your mask and air tubing from your CPAP machine, and disassemble your mask components into 3 parts (nasal pillows, headgear, and frame):
