Fisher & Paykel Brevida™ Nasal Pillow CPAP Mask Overview
Fisher and Paykel’s AirPillow™ seal inflates to form a soft pillow that conforms to the nasal cavity to provide a gentle but secure seal. The nasal cushion is constructed from flexible silicone and includes side supports for extra security. Active sleepers can fall asleep with confidence, knowing their mask is secure, without the bulk of a full face mask to get in their way.
The low-profile F&P Brevida™ Nasal Pillow CPAP mask is an easy-to-use option for comfortable sleep apnea therapy. The Brevida™ features innovative VisiBlue cues, color coded indicators to guide CPAP users in effectively using the mask, including putting it together and taking it apart for cleaning. A 360 degree elbow and flexible short tube allow for quick detachment from your CPAP machine so you’re not fumbling around in the middle of the night.
A washable diffuser helps keep noise to a minimum during exhalation, ensuring a quiet, restful night’s sleep for both you and your bed partner. The Brevida™ comes in versatile pillow sizes for a custom fit.

Assembling Your Mask:
Refer to the assembly diagrams in these instructions.
- Push the Silicone Seal onto the Mask Frame in the orientation shown in the 'Assembly Guide' image until a confirmation click is heard.
- Attach the Headgear Clips on the Headgear to the Mask Frame.
- Attach the Diffuser to the Elbow.
- Push the Swivel onto the Mask tube.
Fitting Your Mask:
Refer to the fitting diagrams in these instructions.
- Remove all packaging before using your Brevida™ mask.
- Hold the Silicone Seal away from your nose, then, using your fingers, carefully spread open the soft side wings of your Silicone Seal and guide the two openings into your nostrils.
- Hold the Mask Frame in position with one hand and pull the Headgear over your head with the other hand, positioning the straps above your ears as per the fitting images.
- Gently tighten or loosen the Headgear straps on the sides of the Headgear until you successfully achieve a comfortable seal.
Disassembling Your Mask:
Refer to the disassembly diagrams in these instructions.
- Unhook the Headgear Clips from the Mask Frame.
- Remove the Silicone Seal from the Mask Frame.
- Unclip the Diffuser from the Elbow.
- Remove the Swivel from the Mask Tube.

Cleaning Guide
Regularly cleaning your CPAP mask parts and components is crucial for avoiding the accumulation of bacteria, debris, oils, and other contaminants. This will help prevent the buildup of germs that may cause skin irritation and other unwanted side effects.
Before following the instructions below, first make sure your CPAP machine is unplugged from the power source, disconnect your mask and air tubing from your CPAP machine, and disassemble your mask components into 3 parts (nasal pillows, headgear, and frame):
