Fisher & Paykel’s Brevida™ is a low-profile nasal pillow cpap mask designed with innovative features to support comfort and flexibility during sleep apnea therapy.
The AirPillow™ cushion includes side supports and is made from pliable silicone that inflates to form a soft pillow and provides a secure seal gently around your nostrils.
VisiBlue™ cues guide CPAP users in effectively assembling and disassembling with color coded indicators. Combined with a 360° elbow combined and a flexible short tube, using a CPAP mask without making constant readjustments has never been easier.
The Brevida™ Nasal Pillow Mask also benefits your sleep companion, as its conveniently washable diffuser helps keep noise to a minimum by quietly directing airflow away from your mask while you sleep.

Assembling Your Mask:
Refer to the assembly diagrams in these instructions.
- Push the Silicone Seal onto the Mask Frame in the orientation shown in the 'Assembly Guide' image until a confirmation click is heard.
- Attach the Headgear Clips on the Headgear to the Mask Frame.
- Attach the Diffuser to the Elbow.
- Push the Swivel onto the Mask tube.
Fitting Your Mask:
Refer to the fitting diagrams in these instructions.
- Remove all packaging before using your Brevida™ mask.
- Hold the Silicone Seal away from your nose, then, using your fingers, carefully spread open the soft side wings of your Silicone Seal and guide the two openings into your nostrils.
- Hold the Mask Frame in position with one hand and pull the Headgear over your head with the other hand, positioning the straps above your ears as per the fitting images.
- Gently tighten or loosen the Headgear straps on the sides of the Headgear until you successfully achieve a comfortable seal.
Disassembling Your Mask:
Refer to the disassembly diagrams in these instructions.
- Unhook the Headgear Clips from the Mask Frame.
- Remove the Silicone Seal from the Mask Frame.
- Unclip the Diffuser from the Elbow.
- Remove the Swivel from the Mask Tube.

Cleaning Guide
Regularly cleaning your CPAP mask parts and components is crucial for avoiding the accumulation of bacteria, debris, oils, and other contaminants. This will help prevent the buildup of germs that may cause skin irritation and other unwanted side effects.
Before following the instructions below, first make sure your CPAP machine is unplugged from the power source, disconnect your mask and air tubing from your CPAP machine, and disassemble your mask components into 3 parts (nasal pillows, headgear, and frame):
Part Cleaning Frequency Instructions Nasal Pillows
Daily
- Using a mild detergent* and warm, drinking-quality water, gently clean your nasal pillows to remove any dirt, debris, and oils. Vinegar solutions (3:1, water:vinegar mix) can be used by soaking for 30 minutes to kill accumulated bacteria.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Allow to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight.
Mask Frame
Weekly
- Using a mild detergent* and warm, drinking-quality water, gently clean your mask frame to remove any dirt, debris, and oils. Vinegar solutions (3:1, water:vinegar mix) can be used by soaking for 30 minutes to kill accumulated bacteria.
