Simply apply a marble sized amount of gel to the outer perimeter of your silicone cushion and adhere the cushion to your face, then attach your headgear to desired comfort. Reapply as needed or when you need to remove and reattach your mask during the night. The protective barrier will help prevent the oils in your face from breaking down the silicone and causing cracking and splitting.
