You must get approval on your upgrade request from Customer Service first; our Customer Service team will provide you with the exact upgrade amount needed to be entered for payment. But we’re here to help!  Our Mask Guarantee is available for all customers and applies to all CPAP mask purchases. If your initial mask selection doesn’t turn out to be the correct size or the best fit, our Customer Service Team can help you achieve more restful and effective sleep therapy by finding an option more tailored to your needs.

How to Complete Your Upgrade Payment

  1. Ensure you have approval and the exact upgrade amount from Customer Service
  2. Enter the exact upgrade amount you were provided (without the dollar sign) into the Amount in USD field
  3. In the Sender Name field, enter your name as it appears on the original order
  4. In the Sender Email field, enter the email address used in the original order 
  5. In the Recipient Name field, enter “Customer Service” 
  6. In the Recipient Email field, enter info@cpapsupplies.com
  7. Feel free to leave the Message field blank if there are no relevant details associated with your transaction 
  8. Click the “Add to Cart” button once you have entered the required information listed above
  9. Proceed to Checkout and complete payment (as you would with any other product)
  10. Once your payment is complete, Customer Service will receive your upgrade payment confirmation and process your replacement mask shipment

CPAP Mask Guarantee Upgrade Guidelines

In the event that your originally purchased CPAP mask does not fit or function the way that you need it to, our Mask Guarantee can be used to receive different size options or to receive a different mask entirely. Your upgrade amount for the new mask is determined by the amount of your original order. The full purchase amount of your CPAP mask can be applied towards the cost of a new mask.

The total cost of your initial mask after tax and any applicable discounts is the amount that will be applied towards the replacement mask of your choice. The difference between the cost of your initial mask and the pre-tax retail cost of your desired replacement mask is the upgrade amount that will be collected.

Mask Upgrade Requirements

  • Customer Service must approve the mask upgrade and provide you with the exact upgrade cost information prior to utilizing this service
  • Upgrades must be requested within 30 days of your initial order’s delivery date
  • Upgrade payments must be completed within 3 business days of Customer Service’s upgrade approval
  • Our Mask Guarantee can be used to upgrade to any CPAP mask component, including mask frames, cushions,headgear, chin straps, clips, short/connector hoses.
  • The upgrade is only applicable to the exact mask component that was initially purchased. The upgrade cost cannot be used as a credit towards another differing mask component or other product on CPAPsupplies.com.
    • For example: If your original mask order was for a complete Mask Frame System with Headgear, our Mask Guarantee can only be used to receive another Make Frame System with Headgear.
  • Upgrades to prescription-required mask options are permitted. However, a valid prescription must be received or on file prior to shipment. See our prescription requirements here.
  • Our Mask Guarantee can only be used to upgrade to a replacement mask once per order. Multiple mask or mask component replacements per individual purchase are not permitted. 
  • Masks received as part of a Mask Guarantee upgrade cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The upgrade total cannot be lowered with the use of discount codes, coupons, promotional pricing, sitewide sales, price matching, etc. Promotional offers cannot be applied toward any mask guarantee transactions, including the upgrade cost.
  • Payment must be made for the exact amount quoted by our Customer Service Team. If payment is made for a lesser amount, the requested mask replacement will not be shipped until the remaining amount is collected.
