Expedited Shipping Payment

CPAPsupplies is happy to provide multiple, convenient shipping options that meet your needs, on qualifying orders.

Please note the following prior to completing this expedited shipping payment transaction:

• To ensure your order is shipped correctly, please only complete this payment after speaking with our Customer Service team. (This is necessary as not all products or orders may qualify for expedited shipping). 

• Payment for expedited shipping must be completed by 1:30PM EST in order for our team to have time to process your order before the day’s shipping cut off.  

• Expedited shipping payments made on Friday before 1:30PM EST will arrive the following business day and payments made after 1:30PM EST will ship on the next business day.

• Cost for 2nd business-day delivery: $34.95

• Cost for next business-day delivery: $39.99

1. Contact Customer Service to request expedited shipping on your order at info@cpapsupplies.com

2. In the Amount dropdown, select either the cost for 2nd business-day delivery amount ($34.95) or the cost for next business-day delivery ($39.99), based on the cost established with Customer Service

3. In the Sender Name field, enter your name as it appears on your order

4. In the Sender Email field, enter the email address as it appears on your order 

5. In the Recipient Name field, enter “Customer Service” 

6. In the Recipient Email field, enter info@cpapsupplies.com

Feel free to leave the Message field blank if there are no relevant details associated with your transaction 

7. Click the “Add to Cart” button once you have entered the required information listed above

8. Proceed to Checkout and complete payment (as you would with any other product)

• CPAPsupplies.com will receive notification of your payment once completed.

• Tracking information will be sent to you via email within 1-2 business days of your shipping upgrade payment being completed.

Please note:

• If you complete an expedited shipping payment via this page without prior approval and confirmation from Customer Service, your order will not be shipped with your selected expedited method, as Customer Service will have no way to validate or locate an associated order.

• Approval and confirmation are required in order to process an expedited order.

• If a payment for expedited shipping is completed via this payment page without Customer Service's confirmation, you will be issued a refund on the shipping cost paid. (Please note: Refunds can take between 5-7 business days to process).

• All individual orders requesting expedited shipping require full confirmation from CPAPsupplies.com. Be sure to reach out before paying from this page at info@cpapsupplies.com
